About the Company

A well-established, Brisbane-based engineering consultancy known for delivering high-quality structural solutions across a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, the company is seeking to welcome a motivated Structural Engineer to join its growing team.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic role for a structural engineer ready to take on more responsibility and build on their technical expertise. You’ll work alongside senior engineers and project managers, gaining exposure to diverse projects and client interactions from early design through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and analyse structural systems for buildings and infrastructure

Prepare design documentation, technical reports, and construction drawings

Liaise with clients, architects, and construction teams

Conduct site inspections and provide engineering input during construction phases

Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations

About you:

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Minimum 3 years’ experience in structural design (consultancy background preferred)

Proficiency in design software such as SpaceGass, RAPT, ETABS, or similar

Working knowledge of Australian Standards and NCC

Strong communication and teamwork skills

RPEQ or progression toward RPEQ registration highly regarded
