What You'll Actually Be Doing

Leading a team delivering structural solutions from early concept through to construction

Winning work, building client relationships, and representing the business in the market

Collaborating with architects, developers, and contractors to push the envelope

Mentoring the next wave of engineers and helping shape a high-performing culture

Driving technical excellence in concrete, steel, timber, and hybrid systems

What You'll Need

15+ years in consulting structural engineering

CPEng or equivalent

A strong track record across the full project lifecycle

Ability to lead teams, grow business, and inspire confidence in clients

An eye for quality and a drive to do things better
