Title: Digital Learning Developer & Curriculum Support
Report to: National Manager, Curriculum and Learning Design, Greystone College
Hours: Full time - 38 hours p/w Monday to Friday
Location: Hybrid - Brisbane based, on campus and remote
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Reporting to the National Manager, Curriculum and Learning Design, GC, the Digital Learning Developer & Curriculum Support role will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, compliant learning and assessment materials across multiple qualifications.
The Digital Learning Developer & Curriculum Support role will work closely with the Lead Curriculum and Learning Developer to develop skills and knowledge specific to the requirements of Greystone College Curriculum and Academic teams. This includes building and updating content within the LMS (Moodle) and other digital platforms, ensuring alignment with instructional design standards, and helping ensure unit content aligns with VET training package requirements. The role also involves assisting with compliance checks and contributing to the continuous improvement of learning resources.
The Digital Learning Developer & Curriculum Support role will be provided with on-the-job training and development in instructional design and VET compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Create engaging high quality learning content using a range of different presentation tools and formats
• Maintain and continuously improve learning and assessment materials based on feedback from students, staff and the organisation
• Collaborate with members of the curriculum team in developing and updating assessment tools
• Build and edit learning materials on various platforms including Moodle
• Follow internal design processes and style guides
• Participate in validation, compliance checks and any assessment tool rectifications as required
• Track tasks and meet agreed completion timeframes
• Collaborate and communicate with the wider Greystone College Australia academic and administration teams
• Ad-hoc tasks as directed by the National Curriculum Manager, GC
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
• Qualifications in instructional or learning design or equivalent work experience
• Experience with digital platforms and applications
• Current Working with Children authority, or willing to obtain
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Training and Assessment (desirable)
• Familiarity with VET frameworks (desirable)

• An understanding of instructional design and digital learning principles
• Proven skills in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• Confident using digital applications and learning platforms to support content development and communication
• Interest in using AI generation tools to support learning content and productivity
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
