Workfast is looking for Factory/Machine Operators to join a leading cable manufacturing facility in Crestmead, Brisbane QLD.

What you need

• Mechanically minded with a can-do attitude
• The ability to frequently lift 20kg+
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain before commencement
• Previous machine operating experience desirable but not essential – training provided
• Experience in cable manufacturing highly regarded
• Strong awareness of WHS standards

What you will be doing

• Setting up, operating, and breaking down manufacturing machinery
• Working across multiple machines to support production flow
• Packing final products for quality assurance testing
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborating with the factory team on a weekly rotating shift roster
• Day Shift: Mon–Wed 6am–4pm, Thurs 6am–2pm
• Night Shift: Mon–Wed 4pm–2am, Thurs 4pm–12am
• Optional overtime available on Fridays
