About the positions:

We currently have a full-time vacancy at our Eagle Farm (north side) manufacturing plant for a Screen Machine operator on the afternoon shift (day shift during training):-

About the person required:

Our ideal applicant will:

Experience operating machinery & the ability to interpret basic drawings

Experience in rotary machine that produces stainless screen

2-5 years of operating metal forming equipment and mechanically minding

Set up machine products as per drawings and instructions.

Operate machines in a safe and accurate manner, ensuring that all controls are in good working order.

Study work orders and specifications to determine suitable material, method and sequence of operations.

Diagnose faults or operational problems of machines when required and report to Team leader so maintenance can be contacted for repairing equipment.

Ensure all activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

Ensure recording on Production Orders, ITP’s and Time Cards is completed in a timely, accurate and orderly manner.

Use measuring devices accurately

Hold a current forklift license desirable

Pay attention to detail and be quality conscious and

Capable of working alone and unsupervised
