The Role & Business

Working as a standalone Contracts Administrator on refurbishment and Fit-Out projects to $10M, your average project will be $3 - 4M. Spanning market sectors including Commercial & Retail, you will be working under a Senior Project Manager across 1-2 projects at any one time.

With a minimum of 2 years post graduate experience working as a commercial CA, you will have clear communication & presentation skills and have a track record of being involved on projects within a Head Contractor Capacity. Skills in Cheops / Jobpac / Procore and MS Project are appealing but not essential and you will be commutable to their Head office.

They have a relaxed attitude to work flexibility / working from home and you will be treated as an adult to get the work done and not be micromanaged. They want to hire the right person and are open to different experience levels a Junior can bring and will pay accordingly. Your attitude to work hard, learn and increase your skillset will be your biggest asset.

Qualifications & Experience

You will have a minimum of 2 years post graduate experience working as a Junior CA / CA in commercial construction within Australia

You will come from either a construction trade or degree qualified background

This role would also suit a Junior CA who is ready to step up but not getting recognised in their current employment

Experience pricing refurb & fitout projects is essential

Live environment project experience is advantageous

An adaptable, resilient and team focused work ethic is essential

Skills using Cheops / Jobpac and Procore would be advantageous

This role suits someone who enjoys Head Contracting, wants homelife flexibility and doesn't want to be a number chasing the corporate ladder in the City
