You will work within a high performing team as a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the project team in the management and administration of contracts throughout the project life-cycle.
You will work closely with our General Manager and Project Managers to ensure all aspects pertaining to financial, commercial and contractual matters on the projects are effectively implemented on time and within budget requirements. This position is based in our head office Artarmon and project site offices

KEY REQUIREMENTS.
· You will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a Contracts Administrator position and experience working in the construction industry
· You will have a sound knowledge of construction methodology, as well as a strong desire to develop a professional career within the industry.
· You will be overseeing financial across multiple projects.
· You will coordinate and negotiated procurement
· Produce accurate payment schedules, progress claims within contractual timelines.
· Good attitude, reliable and well presented
· Customer focus and keen to learn
· Team worker with good communication skills
DUTIES.
· Manage Project Management Software and Financials (Procore, Xero, Uptick)
· Monitor project outcomes with Project Managers
· Support Project manager with cost tracking, progress claims and variations
· Assist with subcontractor packages, scope of works and procurement schedules.
· Arrange Peer Review with Project Managers
· Procedure Report to General Manager
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
· Experience with construction processes and fire systems
· Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in fire protection industry or the like (Mech, Elec, Hydraulics)
· Strong working knowledge of Procore and MS Word & Excel
· Familiarity with fire systems
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
