We’re looking for a Customer Experience & Solutions Specialist to join our Customer Contact Centre team based in Kotara.

About the role

This isn’t your average customer service job. You’ll be the first point of contact for people who need help choosing the right gear, solving an issue with an order, or chasing up a delivery. You’ll work across phone, email, live chat, social media, and our eCommerce platforms to make sure every customer gets the info and support they need – fast.

If you’re someone who takes ownership, thrives in a busy environment, and genuinely enjoys helping people get the most out of their setup, we want you on our side.

What you’ll be doing

Helping customers with product advice, order updates, and post-sale support

Responding to enquiries from our website, eBay, Facebook, and Instagram

Working closely with our warehouse, couriers, and suppliers to keep orders moving

Managing warranty claims and keeping customers in the loop

Learning our product range and offering tailored solutions – not just generic answers

Spotting opportunities to go above and beyond (and doing it)

What we’re looking for

We don’t expect you to know everything from day one. If you’ve got a genuine interest in vehicles or outdoor gear and you’re keen to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

Love solving problems and helping people

Communicate clearly (on the phone and in writing)

Are curious and eager to learn new things

Are organised and ready to take ownership of your work

Enjoy being part of a team and getting stuck in

Experience in customer service, eCommerce or automotive products is great – but not essential.
