This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the customer journey — from order entry through to resolution of enquiries — while working across multiple departments to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience for clients.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for a range of clients, your key responsibilities will include:

Processing customer orders received via phone, email, or digital systems

Managing the end-to-end order and invoicing process

Assisting with credit notes and pick slip confirmations

Handling customer enquiries and coordinating internally to resolve issues

Supporting warehouse and sales functions during periods of absence

Maintaining accurate customer and transaction records

Contributing to continuous improvement and OH&S initiatives

What You Bring:

A strong background in customer service, ideally within a B2B or warehouse/distribution environment

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

High attention to detail and confident administrative/data entry abilities

Intermediate or above proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Experience with JD Edwards or other ERP systems (advantageous)

A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills
