Our reputation is built on providing excellent customer service, and we're seeking an experienced call centre specialist to join our established team.

What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming calls professionally and with a friendly manner
• Accurately identify and record customer details in our database
• Perform general administration and data entry tasks
• Process returns, refunds, and customer orders

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer service and administration role
• Experience working in a call centre environment (desirable)
• Exceptional phone manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a busy team
