CGA is the central hub for growers in the Carnarvon District supporting the sustainable production of high-quality fresh food. With a long history stretching back to the 1950s we are a local not-for-profit organisation with strong roots in the local community.

About the role:

To take charge of our retail operations, we are looking for a Store Manager that takes pride in putting the needs of our members first. You can look forward to creating wonderful relationships with both our enthusiastic staff and loyal growers. You will have excellent communication skills, which you will put to use in making purchasing decisions and developing supplier partnerships that will result in increased profits for the horticultural businesses run by our members. The position has room for growth and would be ideal for someone who is looking for a challenge during the week and adventure on the weekends.

Experience in Agricultural input procurement or familiarity with farming operations is preferred but not essential.
