Working from our modern facility in Dandenong South, Tranzworks is enjoying a period of exciting growth and we now have an opening for an experienced Fleet Controller to join our busy Operations Team.

Tranzworks' Operations team is highly skilled and experienced and looking for the right candidate to fit in and rise to the challenge. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday within our Operations team, maintaining relationships with our varied and long standing customer base.

ABOUT YOU:

You will ideally possess at least three years experience as a Fleet Controller, with knowledge of a wide range of vehicles.

You will enjoy a variety of tasks, including customer service, client and driver engagement and some admin duties. You will be punctual and reliable, flexible and keen to rise to new and rewarding challenges. Variation of responsibility and a sharp attention to detail are qualities you thrive on demonstrating and are oriented toward developing your skills and abilities in these areas. You are customer and fleet focused and are proud to provide the best possible service and experience to both.

You will be confident with Microsoft Office tools and apps and will have experience with TMS and despatch systems and understand the Fleet Control and Customer Service process.
