Case Administrator required for a government project until November

Opportunity for a case administrator to join a thriving State Government Organisation for a temporary project. If you are an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills, this could be an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team.
Your new role
- Assess and respond to cases of varying complexity in accordance with relevant legislation, organisational policies, processes, and case management guidelines.
- Assess and escalate critical matters by the team as appropriate, ensuring issues are effectively documented, tracked, and followed up as required.
- Assist in induction and training, coaching, and mentoring to support improvement and knowledge acquisition for delivery of business outcomes and customer service standards.
- Proactively participate in the improvement and development of systems, policies, procedures, and information systems relating to all complaints and statutory referral functions.
- Provide high-level administration across all functions, including accurate written communication to stakeholders, case management, and decision-making, in accordance with business rules.
- Engage with stakeholders and manage stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Produce a range of business correspondence presenting clear, factual, and pertinent information based on knowledge and analysis.
- Enhance the organisation's profile with its primary stakeholder groups through strong customer responsiveness and service delivery.
- Actively participate in monitoring and evaluation, ensuring that work is performed in line with monitoring and evaluation and records management practices.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in Case Management: Demonstrated experience in managing and closing cases, including documentation, tracking, and follow-up.
- Strong Written Communication Skills: Ability to produce clear, factual, and pertinent business correspondence and reports.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to engage with and manage relationships with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Creative and effective approach to resolving issues and closing cases.
- Legislative Knowledge: Understanding of relevant legislation and its application in case management.
- Administrative Skills: High-level administrative abilities, including the use of IT systems for case management and communication.
- Training and Mentoring: Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring team members to improve performance and knowledge.
- Proactive Improvement: Ability to participate in the development and improvement of systems, policies, and procedures.
- Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on customer responsiveness and service delivery.
