About the Role
This is a hands-on and rewarding finance leadership role, based at our Glenroy manufacturing site. You'll be responsible for financial reporting and analytics while guiding our small sales and admin team to achieve operational excellence. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyse month-end financial reports

Provide commentary and financial and commercial insights to support decision-making

Collaborate with design and production teams to identify and implement best practices across systems and processes

Support and lead the internal admin and sales support team

Supervision of payroll and contribute to HR functions as needed

Maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and suppliers

About You
We’re looking for an experienced, confident and insightful leader who can combine financial expertise with strong interpersonal skills.
You will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

CPA / CA qualification (or equivalent)

Proven experience in a manufacturing or product-based business

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong systems knowledge and analytical capability

A positive, team-focused attitude and the ability to lead by example

Strong organisational skills and a hands-on, proactive approach
