Job Title: Specialist Laser Welder
Location: Matraville NSW
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $76,000 – $85,000 + superannuation

Job Summary:
The Framing Project is seeking an experienced Laser Welder with a high attention to detail to carry out high-precision metal welding for custom architectural products. This is a permanent full-time role based in Matraville, Sydney.

What You’ll Do:

Weld fine-gauge aluminium and steel using laser welding technology

Prepare the frames you produce for powder coating or annodising

Perform high-accuracy welds on bespoke framing components

Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols

Liaise with production and design teams to meet job specs

What You’ll Need:

1+ years’ experience in laser welding

Experience in metal and aluminium fabrication

Experience with laser welding different metals

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

To work as a team member
