Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support clinical and care teams during the afternoon-to-evening shift.
• Ensure accurate, timely resident assessments, care planning, and review processes.
• Manage AN-ACC documentation and clinical compliance with current regulatory requirements.
• Support staff in using clinical policies, procedures, and digital care systems effectively.
• Contribute to staff rostering to ensure optimal skill mix across shifts.
• Facilitate smooth admissions with a focus on resident and family engagement.
• Identify, manage, and document clinical risks while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

• AHPRA registration (RN Division 1)
• 1+ year experience in a clinical leadership or coordination role
• Strong background in Aged Care with knowledge of AN-ACC, Aged care planning & compliance
• Excellent communication, digital literacy, and calm under pressure
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
