What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership experience in fast food, hospitality, or beverage industries.

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high product standards.

The ability to lead proactively, drive engagement, and motivate a team in a busy setting.

Mandarin-speaking skills are highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example on the shop floor, supporting and coaching your team to deliver excellent service.

Train, supervise, and mentor a high-performing team.

Develop and manage staff rosters and monitor attendance.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control.

Drive profitability, meet sales targets, and maximise KPI performance.

Assist in training franchisee staff when required.
