What You'll Be Doing
You'll lead a close-knit team to deliver strong sales outcomes and operational excellence. You'll be just as confident on the floor with customers as you are in a boardroom conversation with a business client. Your ability to build rapport with tradies, suppliers, and local businesses will be key to your success. This role is hands-on, commercial, and people-focused.
