Social Media and Admin Assistant (Full-Time/Part-Time, In-Office)

Full-Time or Part-Time | Support Role with Light Admin Tasks

Are you creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about social media? We’re looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll support our sales and operations team by helping manage our social channels, while also assisting with light administrative duties.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s organised, eager to learn, and excited to work with a premium brand in a hands-on role.

💼 What You’ll Do:

Social Media (Primary Responsibility):

Assist in creating and scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms

Support day-to-day posting and engagement (likes, comments, DMs)

Organise photos, videos, and digital assets for campaigns

Help monitor analytics and report performance to managers

Stay on top of social trends and competitor activity

Collaborate with the team for product and promotional content ideas

Light Admin Support (Secondary Responsibility):

Basic inbox and calendar support

Data entry and Spreadsheets

Organising digital files and internal documents

Assisting the team with ad hoc admin tasks

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Strong interest in social media and digital marketing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Canva

Comfortable using Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets

Highly organised and dependable

A great attitude and willingness to learn
