We’re partnering with a premium bathroom and tapware supplier to recruit an experienced and relationship-driven Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to join a trusted brand delivering elegant, high-performance solutions to Sydney's top-tier residential and commercial construction markets.

ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a client-facing sales role for someone who understands the standards of luxury residential and commercial construction and can deliver tailored bathroom and tapware solutions with a design-first mindset.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of builders, designers, developers, and architects working in the premium market
- Developing and executing account strategies to drive repeat business and product specification
- Offering product expertise and support throughout the design and construction process
- Identifying and securing new opportunities in the luxury residential and boutique commercial sectors
- Presenting with professionalism and a strong customer-first, consultative approach
- Collaborating closely with internal teams across logistics, estimating, and design
- Monitoring market trends, competitor offerings, and pipeline opportunities
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a polished, confident sales professional or account manager with experience in high-quality bathroom ware, tapware, or other premium interior or construction products.
You’ll bring:
- A strong track record in account management or technical sales, ideally within bathroom products, tapware, plumbing fixtures, or interior building materials
- Experience working with high-end builders, interior designers, architects, or developers
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to articulate the value of premium, design-led products
- Outstanding relationship-building skills and a consultative sales approach
- A genuine interest in design, architecture, and luxury residential trends
- Confidence using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and strong organisational habits
