Owners Corporation Manager Role

We are in need of an Owners Corporation Manager, due to growth!

Based Just East from Melbourne CBD, you will be working in a friendly, modern large, office of strata professionals.

Working with 2-3 days work from home, a team of ~20 staff and some of the best people and processes/systems in the industry to work for.

After taking on a newer portfolio of around 1,500 lots (higher density), we are looking for an owners corporation manager to help take this on. Using Cloud Based Strata software.

2x Assistant OCM's for Support!

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of properties, residential higher density circa 1,500 lots in the inner suburbs
- Deal with accounts, admin, letters, breach notices, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio/properties
- Attend sites if required for meetings occasionally, with time in lieu for after hours meetings!
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries, strata levies etc

Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5:00pm, no weekends.

WHATS ON OFFER:
- $110,000 - $125,000 + Super
- Car parking, free on site
- Tools of the trade, laptop etc provided
- 2-3 days work from home

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Good understanding of the strata industry with strata management experience
- Good communication skills and admin skills
- Have completed relevant industry training
