Senior OCM – High-Density Portfolio - Melbourne CBD

Oversee ~1800 lots with comprehensive administrative and finance team assistance

Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm schedule

Accountable for budgeting, meetings, compliance, maintenance coordination, defect management, and stakeholder liaison

Complete handover provided for a smooth onboarding experience

Senior OCM – Premium Boutique Portfolio - Eastern Suburbs

Manage a smaller portfolio of large, high-end buildings

Work from home up to 3 days per week

Join a dynamic, positive, and supportive team with assistant and administrative support

Emphasize service excellence, client engagement, and long-term property relationships

About You

Have over 2 years of experience in managing Owners Corporations (particularly high-density or complex schemes)

Possess a solid understanding of the Owners Corporation Act

Exhibit high levels of organization, professionalism, and confidence in chairing meetings

Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
