About the role:

Located in Melbourne's CBD, this client is looking for someone to join as an Owners Corporation Manager to join this rapidly growing boutique office.

As the OCM your role will include the following but not limited to;

Managing a low density portfolio of Properties

Updating the data-base & other relevant CRM Systems

Answering client/ committee phones calls

Day to day email management

Update owners, creditors (including public liability information), and insurance details.

obtaining quotes & following up on maintenance

producing letters and other material sent to owners.

AGM's & Committee meetings

liaising with contractors where necessary

What you need:

The client is seeking an individual who is already familiar with the industry & experienced in the OC industry. The candidate to have the following;

a strong eye for detail

strong typing skills

strong verbal communication

previous experience in a Assistant OCM role or 1-2 Year OCM role (must have experience holding AGM's)

car & licence preferred

proficiency in microsoft programs

Highly organised & a strong ability to multi-task
