THE COMPANY
Our client is a well-established boutique accounting firm that has been around for 7+ years. They offer business advisory and tax solutions to individuals, high net wealth family groups and ASX listed companies. The three Directors have worked closely together for 10 years and have branched out from a large mid-tier. They are a company who believe that health and family should always come first and being supportive allows people to be happy and thrive at work.
They service a lot of ASX listed clients so you will gain exposure to larger more complex and interesting clients. They have a very sociable culture with EOFY and Christmas parties, weekends away to the Gold Coast and boat trips around Rottnest Island. When it comes to training and development, you will not only have your CA paid for, but they will also support you with mentoring and they offer extra study leave. They hold external training and weekly seminars because they want their employees to progress through the organisation and work up a set career path.
Their offices are located in the heart of stunning Leederville, where you will be close to some great shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. They are located very close to the train station, and they offer underground parking.
