About the role

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Garden Grove Supplies' in Golden Grove, SA. This is a casual position, offering flexible working hours over a 7 day roster (including weekends).

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our clients

Assisting customers with product selection and answering questions about our range

Maintaining a clean and well-organised retail space

Operating the cash register and processing sales transactions accurately

Supporting the store manager with other tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Flexible and adaptable approach to work

Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining a tidy, organised work environment
