Are you passionate about customer service and home design? Beaumont Tiles Gepps Cross is looking for a motivated and reliable Retail Sales Assistant to join our friendly team!

About the Role:
This is a casual position with a minimum of 3 days per week, including weekend shifts on a rotating roster over 7 days. Additional hours may be available, and the role has the potential to lead to full-time employment for the right candidate. Full training will be provided.

You’ll be assisting customers with their tile and bathroomware selections, providing expert advice, maintaining the showroom, and helping with stock, which involves some heavy lifting.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in retail sales is essential

A genuine interest in interior design, tiles, or renovation is a plus

Strong communication and customer service skills

Physically fit and capable of manual handling

Availability to work across a 7-day roster
