General Labourers / Skilled Labourers / Truck Drivers (MR & HR Licenses)

We are currently seeking General Labourers, Skilled Labourers, and Truck Drivers (MR & HR licensed) for a variety of projects across Melbourne. These are immediate start positions. Successful applicants could be on-site as early as tomorrow!

General Labourers – About the Role:

Your daily tasks may include:

Site clean-up and general tidying

Assisting with deliveries

Manual excavation/digging

Moving materials

Basic use of hand and power tools

Demolition and formwork stripping

Landscape and basic concreting labour

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

White Card (mandatory)

Working with Children Check (highly preferred)

At least 1 year of experience in civil or construction labouring

Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions

For experienced candidates, there are opportunities to assist trades, work independently, and take on more advanced tasks using power tools.

Skilled Labourers – About the Role:

We’re looking for candidates with strong experience using hand and power tools who are comfortable performing a wide range of site duties.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of construction experience

Proficiency with hand and power tools

Own reliable transport

Own basic tool kit

White Card (mandatory)

Full PPE

EWP (Elevated Work Platform)

Spotter’s Ticket

Forklift License
