About the role

BDK Labour Hire Pty Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and reliable General and Skilled Labourers to join our team across multiple sites in Melbourne's West (Laverton, Derrimut, Trugnanina, Sunshine). This is a casual role, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your needs.

Available Industries:

• Construction (On and off site)
• Warehousing - Container Unloads and Forklift Positions (High reach and Counter Balance)
• Manufacturing
• Maintenance

What you'll be doing

• Performing a variety of general labouring tasks, including manual handling, loading and unloading, site clean-up, and more
• Assisting skilled tradespeople with their work as required
• Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Demonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in general labouring, construction, or a similar trade is highly desirable
• A strong commitment to safety and a willingness to follow all site rules and procedures
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• The physical fitness to perform manual tasks throughout the day
