About the role

Dynamic Asphalt and Civil Pty Ltd is seeking a hard-working and reliable Labourer to join our team in Croydon, VIC. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the delivery of essential civil infrastructure projects. As a Labourer, you will play a key part in supporting our skilled tradespeople and contributing to the success of our operations.

What you'll be doing

Assisting Excavator operator with a variety of manual labour tasks, including concrete excavation, use of demo saw, boxing - ready for concrete and general labouring duties

Operating small machinery and power tools as required

Driving Ute and towing tool trailer

Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment by following all health and safety procedures

Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Demonstrating a commitment to quality workmanship and customer service

Driving agi truck delivering concrete to site (MR truck license required)

What we're looking for

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Good physical fitness and stamina to undertake manual labour tasks

Commitment to workplace health and safety

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Current manual driver's license and reliable transportation MR truck license desirable

6am start Mon-Fri in Croydon yard

Compulsory long pants and long sleeves

Experience in this type of field work will be ideal, but if you have all of the above attributes we will be willing to train
