The Role

• Oversee design coordination and project planning for a multi-residential development
• Lead client engagement and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Establish and manage a high-performing, well-resourced project team
• Administer head contract obligations, including claims, variations, and EOTs
• Develop and implement construction methodology aligned with project scope
• Take full ownership from design through procurement and delivery phases
• Drive program performance to achieve or exceed key milestones
• Manage detailed programming to ensure project alignment and delivery
• Lead cost tracking, budget forecasting, and financial reporting

The Candidate

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager with head contractors in Australia
• Demonstrated background in multi-residential and/or commercial projects (multi-level experience essential)
• Results-driven, with a dynamic and proactive approach to project delivery
• Proficient with systems and established in structured project processes
• Strong contract knowledge, including claims, variations, and EOT management
• Proven ability to lead projects from early design and setup through to completion
• Solid technical understanding of construction methodology and problem-solving
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities with accuracy and efficiency

The Package

• $220,000 – $240,000 + Super
• Immediate interviews available; start date negotiable based on notice period
