About the Service Outcomes Manager role and about you
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Service Outcomes Manager to join our Service Outcomes and Improvement team. This position is a full-time contract position till 16 February 2026 based at our Redfern office; however, you will be required to travel across all other SGCH office locations as required.
As an SGCH Service Outcomes Manager you will lead on complex projects that cover a range of tenancy related programs. You will analyze current service delivery and research best practice contributing to high quality services and program compliance. You will support the broader Customers team to contribute to cultural and capability change to improve services to customers. You will play an integral part in the delivery of consistent, high-quality outcome driven housing programs.
To succeed as an SGCH Service Outcomes Manager, you will lead tenancy-related projects, ensuring program compliance and outcome delivery. You will apply research and analysis to design new services and programs and enhance existing ones, while collaborating across teams to embed best practices and support cultural change.

Experience of working across teams to facilitate the delivery of a range of service delivery outcomes
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
Self-motivated with a learning mindset, with experience working autonomously
Experience of data analysis contributing to the development of service delivery frameworks
Strong time management skills and experience organising and prioritising a busy workload
Oversee delivery of high-quality research projects working with teams across the organisation
Strong written and verbal communication skills including interpersonal skills
