I’m partnering with one of Australia’s leading independent energy consultancies to expand their Brisbane footprint. They’re looking for a proven sales hunter to take charge of a brand-new territory bursting with potential.

With over 6,000 clients already nationwide, this business is scaling fast to meet the demand for smarter, cost-saving energy solutions for commercial and industrial clients. You’ll have the backing of an experienced sales coach who’s genuinely invested in your success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take ownership of the Brisbane territory with a hunter mindset
• Identify, prospect and close new mid-to-large commercial accounts
• Engage C-suite and senior stakeholders with a consultative sales approach
• Educate businesses on energy efficiency and negotiate competitive deals
• Build long-term client relationships that deliver repeat and residual revenue
• Position yourself as a trusted advisor in a market that genuinely needs solutions

What You Bring:

• Solid B2B new business sales experience (energy, telco, professional services or similar)
• Proven track record of prospecting, cold calling and pipeline building
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence working with senior decision-makers
• KPI-driven mindset with the resilience to win new business in a competitive market
• Coachable, proactive and ready to maximise an uncapped commission structure
