Essential Business Training (EBT) seeks experienced, motivated & committed contract Trainer/Assessor to join its highly successful and growing Training Department in Perth, Western Australia. We are seeking a trainer in the Community Services industry to work with student learners to skill up and impart your knowledge. We have many eager students to start with you as their trainer once scope is expanded in:

CHC42021 Certificate IV in Community Services

The Trainer/Assessor(s) will be responsible for the planning, delivery and review of training and assessment to meet the identified competency requirements of the target group, to the standard required by EBT. The course material and session plans are developed and are the right person to impart your skills and knowledge into eager students wishing to enter the industry.

Key selection criteria

You will have demonstrated experience in:

Facilitation of training and assessment w the above-mentioned qualification/s

Love and passion for imparting your skills and knowledge

Training/Assessment experience

Monitoring of student progression

Maintaining records of student outcomes

Ability to travel

Training Material Validation

Additional Requirements:

TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or

TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units:

either TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A, and

either TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B or a diploma or higher level qualification in adult education.

Relevant current or past qualification

Experience working within the VET and Community Services sector

Understands AQTF & AQF requirements

Experience in validation and development of Training Materials

Engage in and present Professionally in training delivery and development activities

Strong communication and organisational skills

Flexibility

Excellent time management skills

Professional presentation and time management

Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Driver's license and own reliable vehicle

Have own mobile phone
