Role Overview:

We’re looking for a young, energetic, and tech-savvy individual with a few years of solid sales experience to join our team as a Sales Consultant. This is a hybrid role that involves both inside sales (quoting, project coordination, client communication) and outside sales (site visits, client meetings, new business development). It's perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives on solving problems, and can manage small to mid-size projects confidently.

You'll be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and bringing signage concepts to life by collaborating with our design and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the signage sector

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Provide expert advice on signage solutions tailored to client needs

Manage projects and ensure timely delivery of signage solutions

Conduct site inspections and prepare accurate quotes

Collaborate closely with the design and production teams

Achieve and exceed sales targets

What We’re Looking For:

A young, energetic, and tech-savvy team player

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

Proven sales experience (signage or print experience a bonus but not essential)

Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and quoting software

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
