Auto Masters Fremantle is seeking a passionate, experienced Senior Automotive Technician to help lead our high-performing team. You’ll be the right hand to the Store Manager – leading the team, supporting operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled Technicians
- Provide expert advice and top-tier service to customers
- Manage workshop scheduling, workflow and task delegation
- Oversee front-office operations on alternating Saturdays
- Coach and support team members to achieve their best
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years as a qualified Automotive Technician
- Previous leadership in roles like 2IC, Workshop Controller, Foreman, or Assistant Manager
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and solid organisational skills
- WA Manual Driver’s Licence + Full working rights in Australia
- Availability Monday to Friday, and rotational Saturdays
