Caravan Technician/ Repairer

We are seeking a Caravan Technician/ Repairer to join our team and help us grow our caravan servicing and repair business.

Based in Port Hedland we are a family-owned caravan, marine, motorcycle and power equipment dealership. We sell and service all the top brands, including New Age Caravans, Yamaha outboards, ATVs, Waverunners, Golfcarts and motorcycles, Quintrex & Yellowfin boats, CF Moto as well as Stihl and Honda power equipment.

Ideally, we are seeking staff members who are looking for a long-term residential position, however the option of a 6-month term is available, or a fly in / fly out position from Perth would be considered for the right applicant.

We are seeking a driven and reliable person with a strong work ethic. An eye for detail is essential.

Have outstanding troubleshooting / diagnostic skills

Have a forklift ticket (preferred)

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

Scheduled servicing

Carry out pre-delivery checks on new caravans

Plumbing and pump maintenance

Apply silicone effectively for sealing purposes

Troubleshoot and repair 12-volt electrical systems

Install awnings, solar panels, and batteries

Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues

Caravan re-cladding

Cabinetry repairs

A current National Police Clearance and driver's license is required.

Motorcycle and power equipment experience would be an advantage but not essential.

Only people with prior experience as a caravan technician should apply.

The remuneration package is negotiable based on individual experience and our desire to attract quality team members. Package will include sign on bonus and retention bonus.
