Steer the workshop to success!

As Store Manager, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day workshop operations
• Support your team to achieve KPIs and sales targets
• Build strong relationships with customers, clients and suppliers
• Promote products and services with confidence
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Lead by example and uphold our Quality Assurance standards
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for staff and customers

Why you're the perfect fit?

You’re someone who:

• Has a genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry
• Brings at least two years of recent experience managing a service centre (or similar)
• Leads from the front and delivers memorable, authentic customer service
• Has strong sales skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• May hold a trade qualification (bonus, not essential)
• Holds a valid WA driver’s licence
• Is an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident and ready to hit the ground running
