About the role

We are seeking a full-time Sales Assistant to join our team at Forty Winks in Frankston/Mornington, VIC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our retail store. What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience

Assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and processing sales transactions

Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store presentation

Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed

Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the store

Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
