Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a talented Plumbing Estimator/Scheduler to join our growing plumbing operations team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, accurately estimating projects, and project managing our contracts and workforce.

We are currently looking for a highly skilled person with previous experience in the plumbing trade. This role is perfect for someone with prior experience in a similar plumbing operations position looking for a new opportunity and growth, Or for the right candidate who is a skilled plumber looking to transition from the tools to a leadership role within an office-based environment

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage and estimate residential and commercial plumbing projects.

Time management and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach are key, along with an eye for cost-saving opportunities and efficiency gains.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates.

Design suitable Plumbing hydraulic plans using Bluebeam Revu software

Liaise with clients, suppliers and onsite staff to timely schedule projects bookings.

Prepare accurate materials lists and orders for projects.
Manage cost variations and approvals.

Control project finances and budgets, including interim progress payment claims.

About You:

Relevant plumbing trade qualification.

Proven experience in Residential & Commercial plumbing/construction.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment

Project management experience including planning, organizing, resource management, budgeting, scheduling (Preferable).

Experience with Bluebeam Revu & BEAMS or similar estimating software (Preferable).

Intermediate to Advanced experience with Microsoft office.

An understanding of scheduling/planning invoice management and basic financial flows.
