Procurement Data Entry OfficerLocation: Eight Mile Plains + up to 2 days WFH
Start: ASAP | Duration: 6–12 months
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

About the Role We’re looking for a detail-focused Data Entry Officer to support procurement operations. You’ll enter purchase data, manage documentation, and work with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders, pricing, and vendor details into systems
  
  
• Process and verify invoices
  
  
• Support contract documentation and procurement reporting
  
  
• Communicate with vendors to resolve issues
  
  
• Maintain accurate procurement records
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ experience in data entry or procurement
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
  
• Confident using Excel and systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar
  
  
• Good communication and time management skills
  
  
• Year 12 certificate required (Certificate or Diploma in Business/Procurement ideal)

Casual Loading
