ABOUT THE ROLE

Ready to take ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable process and support month-end financial activities? You’ll join a close-knit finance team and be responsible for:

Processing all supplier invoices, ensuring they’re entered and coded right, approved, and set up for payment.

Matching up supplier statements and sorting out discrepancies.

Helping with our balance sheet reconciliation at month end. Including but not limited to, bank account, credit card, fleet card and hire purchase accounts.

Assist with Payroll, BAS, FBT and Payroll tax as back up when required.

Spotting ways we can improve and automate those finance tasks. Your ideas are more than welcome!

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

2+ years’ experience in an accounting or finance support role.

Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping (preferred).

Strong experience with Accounts Payable processing.

Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Attache).

Intermediate Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.).

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
