Machine Operator – Plastic Manufacturing | Redbank

ARG Workforce has partnered with a leading Australian manufacturing company to hire a motivated and experienced Machine Operator for an ongoing position in Redbank.

About the Role
This role operates on a rotating roster: 2 weeks on day shift, 2 weeks on afternoon shift, and 2 weeks on night shift. You’ll play a key part in producing plastic components for major civil projects across Queensland. Full training is provided, with great opportunities to grow your skills and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn to operate state-of-the-art plastic manufacturing machinery
• Move and handle plastic materials using a forklift
• Conduct quality control and support order fulfilment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Rotating Roster

• Day Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
• Night Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
  (2 weeks per shift in a rotating cycle)

What We’re Looking For

• Previous production or factory experience (preferred)
• Current forklift ticket (LF)
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
• Reliable and adaptable with good attention to detail
