Monday–Thursday 6.30am to 3.30pm AND Early finish Friday 6.30am - 2.00pm

We’re looking for an experienced Production Team Leader who knows how to get the best out of people, keep production moving, and maintain a strong focus on quality. What You’ll Do:

Lead your team day-to-day with confidence and clarity — everyone knows what to do and when.

Set the standard through punctuality, reliability, and high-quality work.

Motivate and mentor your team — create a positive, accountable work environment.

Monitor production to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks — no corners cut.

Solve problems on the go — your mechanical aptitude and eye for detail will shine.

Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient work floor.

Proven experience in leading and managing production or manufacturing teams.

Strong people skills — you know how to bring out the best in others.

A hands-on leader — you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

Great work ethic — you turn up on time and expect the same from your team.

Knowledge of manufacturing tools, equipment, and mechanical processes.

A solid understanding of meeting production deadlines and quality targets.
