Assembly line Worker- Manufacturing industry

We are seeking dedicated and motivated assembly line Workers to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for various tasks involved in the processing of materials and products, ensuring quality and efficiency in production.

We are a small, motivated and family orientated team looking for like minded and loyal employees to grow the business with. there will be plenty of opportunity for career enhancement into the future as we continue to grow.

Key Duties & Responsibilities will be:

1. Material Handling:

Load, unload, and transport materials to and from various production areas.

Ensure proper storage and packing of finished products.

2. Equipment Operation:

Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Inspection and maintenance of power tools and equipment.

3. Production Line Support:

Assist in the assembly or production in various production area.

Monitor the production process for quality and efficiency.

4. Quality Control:

Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.

Document and report any quality issues to supervisors/Team leader.

5. Compliance and Safety:

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Participate in safety training and initiatives.

6. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.

Communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues.

Honesty will be very important in this roll.

7. Hours:

. 7am to 3pm

. Plenty of overtime usually available.

Essential Qualifications:

Experience in Sheet metal manufacturing (preferable)

Honesty

Physically fit and energetic (under 30 years old preferred)

willingness to learn

Attention to detail.

Good awareness of workplace health and safety

Current Fork lift license(preferable)
