We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Transport Planner to join our team on a casual basis for an exciting project based at our Laverton site. This is a day shift role with full on-site training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and plan daily transport runs

• Coordinate pallet control and load planning

• Ensure efficient and timely retail product deliveries

• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders with clear and professional communication

• Utilise our global CRM system for planning and reporting

• Maintain accurate transport documentation and data using Excel

Requirements:

• Previous experience in road transport planning is essential

• Strong understanding of pallet control and transport operations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic to intermediate Excel skills

• Experience using CRM or transport management systems

• Sound computer literacy and attention to detail

• Strong time management and organisational abilities
