Situated on picturesque Princess Royal Harbour in Albany, Limeburners Cellar Door offers the opportunity to taste and experience some of Australia's finest whisky and other distilled spirits.

At Limeburners we strive to produce the finest whisky in the world using only the best locally grown produce.

An exciting opportunity exists for a full time, hands on, Cellar Door Manager at our Albany Distillery. Our 7 day operation is open from 10 am to 5 pm daily. Occasional evening work is required for functions. The position requires working both Saturday and Sundays, with two mutually agreed consecutive days off.

We are looking for someone who is busy and self motivated and lives by the continuous improvement methodology. You will enjoy a challenge and must have a hands on approach, with a 'can do' attitude. Most importantly, this role means you must love giving a warm and welcoming attitude to customers, wholesale and retail. You need to be someone who is immediately engaging, with exceptional people skills and a focus on excellent customer service.

Hospitality management and wine/spirit/beer experience is essential. You will be creative and be able to show you can work hard and play fair. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and customer engagement. The role has responsiblity for growing cellar door and bar engagement and strengthening our visitor tasting experience, as well as regional wholesale accounts, and developing and driving inhouse and local outside events.

The successful candidate will be representing the Limeburners and Giniversity brands and team - Proven World Class Spirits.

You will be someone who can inspire and lead the team to deliver excellent customer service and economic performance. You will need to be like us - not afraid of hard work and happy to put in the extra effort to deliver an exceptional experience.

Requirements:

Hold a WA Approved Manager Card

Experience with Lightspeed POS highly regarded

Minimum of 3 years prior experience leading a similar venue.

Current Food Supervisors Certificate

Valid Drivers licence.
