About the role:

Vault Cafe is growing fast – and we’re on the lookout for casual Cafe Assistants to join our amazing team!

If you love good coffee, fast-paced mornings, and making people smile, this could be the perfect fit.

We’re after team players who are available between 6:00am and 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with the option to be rostered on Saturday mornings (7:30am–11:30am) too.

What we’re looking for:

A warm, customer-first attitude.

Team players, who are willing to assist all areas of our faced paced cafe.

Great ideas – we’re always open to suggestions to help make Vault even better!

You will:

Connect with customers and provide memorable experiences, our customers can’t help talking about.

Handle beverages and food orders to our customers.

Provide suggestions as we continuously improve our offering.

About You:

Proven Barista skills (we serve consistently amazing Holy Goat coffee on a modern, commercial San Remo Café Racer machine) and/or food preparation experience in the hospitality industry will be highly regarded

A customer first attitude and an exceptional customer service experience every time

A team player, willing to go above and beyond to support your team members

Ensure a fast turn-around of orders whilst maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated experience with legislation, food handling and health & safety policies and procedures
