DOTS Therapy Hub is growing, and we’re looking for a Speech Pathologist who wants to do meaningful work with a supportive team - in a brand-new, purpose-designed clinic space.

About Us
DOTS Therapy Hub is a long-standing, multidisciplinary paediatric practice based in Kingswood, NSW. Our team includes experienced Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and an Allied Health Assistant. We provide therapy primarily across clinic and school settings - and we value connection, evidence-based practice, and sustainable workloads. We have unique relationships with schools and there is opportunity for you to be part of growing this service.

The Role
We’re offering a contractor position with flexibility around hours and caseload focus.

Mixed paediatric caseload with opportunities to tailor to your interests (e.g. speech, language, AAC, literacy, early intervention);

Work across clinic, school, and community settings - we limit excessive travel and avoid spending hours in traffic;

Structured support and supervision tailored to your stage of practice - this supervision is regular (weekly) and can be negotiated as needed;

In-house support from our AHA and administration assistant to help you focus on what you do best;

Opportunities to contribute to group programs and school partnerships;

Access to a huge amount of clinical resources, experienced team members and a purpose-designed clinic space.

Hold a recognised degree in Speech Pathology and hold / are eligible for CPSP status;
