The Role

We are seeking experienced mobile Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists to join us as subcontractors. You’ll provide one-on-one therapy to a mixed caseload of children, teens, and adults with a variety of needs, including autism, developmental delays, physical disabilities, and complex conditions.

This role is fully mobile, and appointments will be scheduled for you depending on your location.

What You’ll Be Doing

Occupational Therapy:

Functional capacity assessments

Daily living skills, sensory regulation, fine and gross motor development

Assistive technology recommendations

Speech Therapy:

Speech sound development and language therapy

Communication devices and social communication skills

Feeding therapy (as required)

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in an NDIS or similar setting

Current AHPRA registration (OT) or SPA membership (Speech Therapist)

Knowledge of NDIS reporting requirements

Independent, professional, organised, reliable, and strong communication skills

Own car and willingness to travel for home visits
