Our dynamic team of Speech Pathologists and Dietitians works collaboratively to provide innovative and client-focused services.

As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join our team in the Liverpool (Sydney) region. This role offers the flexibility to work part-time reporting to our Speech Pathology National Manager and collaborating closely with a supportive team.

This is a fixed term position (covering a period of extended leave) with the possibility of ongoing employment.

About You:
We are looking for a Speech Pathologist who shares our passion for enhancing the lives of older Australians. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Are motivated to support older adults with swallowing and communication difficulties.

Enjoy providing education and training to Residential Aged Care Facilities.

Can manage a caseload independently with strong organisation and time management skills.

Are innovative, enthusiastic, and an excellent communicator.

Are excited about growing with us and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Requirements:

Experience in managing swallowing and communication difficulties in adults.
(New graduates with a passion for aged care are encouraged to apply. We provide supervision and work-shadowing with our experienced Clinical Lead and Senior Speech Pathologists.)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Current Driver’s Licence and access to your own vehicle.

Professional qualification in Speech Pathology.

Certified Practicing Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
